Caroline Teunissen

Caroline formed her first company in 1997, managing sponsorships and PR for festivals and youth events, she went onto forge a successful career in marketing for global corporate businesses and was one of the first to move into social media comms. Known as a trouble fixer, she was placed into accounts to resolve issues, building trusted relationships with clients and ensuring accounts remained profitable for the agency.

Caroline is an entrepreneurial-minded individual, who enjoys meeting people. Her gift is to understand how to get the best from people, in motivating and encouraging them to think differently. 

She is fascinated with emerging technologies and understanding how they can be embedded into the online digital experience and is able to bring this into her teaching of online marketing.  

Passionate about sharing knowledge, which in turn provide people with new career opportunities, she leads on the marketing and overall director for ADL.

Simon Collins

Simon started out producing interactive inflight entertainment systems, before moving to Corsellis Montford Group company iCollector. He quickly rose to become Head of eCommerce overseeing the development of key products, including their live auctions in conjunction with eBay.

Following the sale of iCollector in 2001 he joined one of the first Content marketing agencies creating dynamically streamed content programmes for AOL, Fiat, and Vodafone amongst others. Three years later Simon was engaged by a video streaming company before starting his own consulting firm in 2007. 

Since then he has completed projects for independent film companies, agencies,  new technology start-ups, and a major digital transformation project for the Ministry of Justice. In his work with technology start-up’s and working closely with the founders that attracted him to this teaching role where he is able to share his knowledge and considerable experience to different audiences. 

Simon has spoken at Oxford University, MIPCOM, and London Film Festival Fringe, he is a founding partner of the consulting practice What & Why and an adjudicator for the 2021 Queens Award for Innovation.
